Rooms At Water’s Edge

We have exciting news to share, later in the summer, around July (fingers crossed), we will be opening four brand new, en-suite double bedrooms.

Two of the bedrooms will over look the river Bure, upstream in the direction of Coltishall, these will have a small balcony where you can sit out and enjoy the sights of the river.  One will look over Wroxham Bridge, and downstream towards the boatyards. And the last one has views across to Bridge Broad. 

Each room will be comfortable & tastefully furnished.  Tea & coffee making facilities will be provided and Breakfast & any other meals will be taken in our beautiful Restaurant downstairs.  We can also provide packed lunches/picnics for you to enjoy on days out on Day Boats, Canoes or Paddleboards.

Whilst we cannot take bookings at present, we are asking people that may be interested in staying with us to register their interest by sending an us email and we will contact you when our room are ready and the booking system is in place.
