Rooms At Water’s Edge

We have exciting news to share, later in the summer, around July (fingers crossed), we will be opening four brand new, en-suite double bedrooms.

Our new accommodation will comprise:

Three large en-suite bedrooms, each comfortably and tastefully furnished with a king size bed, beautiful appointed bathrooms and tea and coffee-making facilities.

One Executive Suite, featuring a spacious studio style layout with a comfortable corner sofa, small well equipped kitchenette, a king size bed, and a luxurious freestanding bath within the bedroom, a shower room with twin basins, creating a truly unique and relaxing retreat.

Two of the rooms will overlook the River Bure, with views upstream towards Coltishall. These rooms will feature private balconies, providing the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful riverside scenery. A third room will overlook Wroxham Bridge and offer views downstream towards the boatyards, while the fourth will enjoy views across Bridge Broad.

Breakfast and any additional meals can be enjoyed in our beautiful restaurant downstairs. We can also prepare packed lunches and picnic hampers for guests planning a day out on the Broads, whether by day boat, canoe, or paddleboard.

While we are not quite ready to take bookings yet, we invite anyone interested in staying with us to register their interest by sending us an email. We will be in touch as soon as the rooms are ready and our booking system is live.
